These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the u8pbd platform and all its services. By visiting the u8pbd website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The currently approved payment methods on u8pbd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit. The withdrawal process generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete.

4.3 Identity Verification and Withdrawals

u8pbd reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on u8pbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus requires 20x wagering, meaning the total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which is stated on the offer page.
• A bonus is applicable only once and only for one account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• u8pbd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if misuse of the bonus is suspected.
• If you wish to claim a bonus using a promotion code, it must be entered at the time of registration or before the first deposit.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

u8pbd's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

A member can advance to a higher VIP tier by playing regularly and showing loyalty to the platform. Cashback is credited directly to the account.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or betting market, and are displayed on the relevant game or market page. u8pbd reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Acceptance and Cancellation of Bets

If incorrect odds or markets are published due to a technical error or human mistake, u8pbd reserves the right to cancel those bets. The amount for cancelled bets will be returned to the account.

6.3 Live Betting

Live betting takes place in real time during an event. Bets may not be accepted due to network connection delays — u8pbd will not be held responsible in such situations.

6.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting

Betting on all sports events — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football (FIFA), and basketball — follows the international rules of the relevant event. If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with the terms and conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u8pbd platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonus terms or attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Sharing or selling account information with other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to win dishonestly by exploiting technical errors.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games.

8.1 Service Interruptions

u8pbd will not be held liable for losses if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, internet outages, or problems with third-party providers.

8.2 Third-Party Services

u8pbd is not responsible for any delays or transaction failures caused by service outages from payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

8.3 Gaming Results

u8pbd confirms that a Random Number Generator (RNG) is used in all games and that results are completely impartial. The outcome of any game is entirely chance-based and u8pbd is not responsible for it.

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
